If you need to return a product please contact us to confirm the return address and validity of your return. This can be done via the "Contact Us" page (located at the bottom of any page) and we will get back to you by email within 1 working day.
In the event that you would like to return your item, we’re happy to exchange for a credit note or if paid via debit/credit card we can offer a refund for the item minus shipping costs. Alternatively we can offer an exchange for a product of the same value. Please note this is only applicable to selected products.
If the item is faulty, shipping costs will also be refunded. The credit note is a unique code only redeemable for the same account used on the original purchase.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a return.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the swing tag not removed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
