Unfortunately this specific product is directly sourced in from our suppliers when ordered and therefore we cannot accept returns/exchanges. 

These rules are dictated by our suppliers meaning we must pass this on to our clientele.

We are actively working on our agreements with suppliers, and are hoping to accept returns/exchanges on all orders within the coming months.
