Returns Procedure

If you need to return a product, please confirm the validity of your return below. A return can be actioned via the "Create a Return" page (located at the bottom of any page) and you will receive an email with approval instructions within 1 hour. 

Return Policy

In the event that you would like to return your item, we accept returns on all orders - unless otherwise stated in the product description. We can issue a refund to the original payment method used, or we can offer a direct exchange for a product of the same value – both free of charge. Store credit is also available. 

Returns must be created via our portal within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible. The customer then has a further 14 days to return the item(s) to ourselves.

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags intact.

All returns are inspected on arrival. If an item is not returned in its original condition (e.g. worn, washed, used, altered, soiled/marked, carrying odours, or missing tags/packaging/accessories), or is returned outside the returns window, we can’t accept it for refund or exchange.

In these cases, we can return the item back to you. A re-shipment fee will apply:

  • The fee equals our standard shipping rate for your location.

  • If your original order qualified for free delivery, the fee will be the actual carrier cost we incur to send it back.
    We’ll email you a secure payment link; once paid, we’ll dispatch the item. We’ll hold the item for 14 days while we await payment.
    Faulty items: This section doesn’t apply to faulty goods—we’ll handle these under our faulty goods process and won’t charge return or re-shipment fees. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If an exchange is desired, we will send you a new tracking number and order number via email. Store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card (valid for 1 year). 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on return. We offer seamless USPS & DHL integration, facilitating instant label generation for hassle-free returns. Simply drop off your parcel at a nearby facility with the label attached. Costs are determined by the weight of your items, conveniently displayed in the portal prior to proceeding with the service. Alternatively, you can opt to ship with a courier of your preference, where return instructions are then emailed.

All shipping costs are non-refundable throughout the return process. However, if the item is faulty, shipping costs will also be refunded.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if selecting to return via a courier of your choice. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
